SU Type

SU type shelter hatches with gas lift supports are designed for top opening. SU-IVR, SU-III & SU-I can be fitted with a supporting lifting mechanism to place them horizontally and allow top opening. The hatch leaf is made from reinforced beams with cover plates. The doors can be upgraded with armour plates for splinter / ballistic protection and special materials for fire resistance. SU type hatches have a multipoint locking system with gear or lever mechanisms, providing improved protection against blast wave pressure and are equipped with a rubber seal for gas tightness.
